We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop. We are a family owned and operated carriage and wagon manufacturer located in the plains of the Dakota's. Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop was established in 1978. We custom build horse drawn vehicles and wheels following the authentic style And design of the horse drawn wagon era, specializing in the construction and/or restoration of western and heavy vehicles, i.e. Covered Wagons, Chuck Wagons, Buck Boards, Medicine Wagons, Stage Coaches and Draft Horse Show Wagons. Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop also custom builds all types of wheels and are equipped to handle all wood-hub and roller-bearing style wheels. Our location in the western grasslands of the Dakotas gives us the heritage of the pioneers and cowboys who developed the region in addition to a natural appreciation for the old ways. This area's historic resources and study material are used to authentically reproduce the wagons that we specialize in. An additional advantage to our location is our employee background. Many of our employees have a farm & ranch background, bringing a familiarity from which they can apply to their work. Customer satisfaction is very important to us; for it is word of mouth from satisfied customers that has built our business and our reputation.
