The National Association for Alternative Staffing (NAAS) was founded in 1991 to promote healthy legislation and educate government at all levels about human resource outsourcing and professional employer organizations (PEOs). NAAS is a national network of HR outsourcing executives, owners and associate organizations dedicated to equipping members with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing regulatory environment. Our philosophy is simple.
