Detailed lists of skill sets are outlined within the database to narrow our search to a candidate that will best match your specific needs. How do we Screen our candidates? Our experienced recruiters review and screen all applications and resumes. We will never present a candidate to you that we have not met face to face and had the opportunity to pre-screen. A personal interview is conducted and a variety of tests given based on job requirements with complete explanations of job qualifications that are entered into our database. A detailed review of job specifics is covered with applicants to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements. A second interview may be arranged to verify and conduct a more detailed review. Upon your request a personal interview can be arranged at your location. An ongoing proven work history with our agency is constantly maintained to ensure a demonstrated work history and verified reference tool. Background checks, both personal and professional, pre-employment drug screening and physicals are provided per our clients hiring criteria. Testing of applicants can be helpful in verifying candidate's skills for certain positions.
